Nomination Requirements for 2010
To ensure maximum exposure for sponsors and to ease the workload on DSRDA staff when compiling event programs and inputting the timing system data, the following nomination procedure has been put in place for the 2010 season.
1. Nomination Form
Either download the Northline Speedway Nomination Form from the website ( SEE LINKS ABOVE ) or collect from the Speedway Office. Complete the form in it's entirity (include your sponsors for the event program) and forward the Nomination form to be received at the Speedway office no later than 8 days prior to the event
2. Payments
Forward payment to the Speedway Office no later than 8 days prior to the event. All Direct Debit (EFT) Payees must forward per email or fax a confirmation of payment (copy of EFT Details etc.)
3. Late Nominations
Late Nominations will attract a late Nomination Fee of $200.00 and drivers will be placed rear of field for their heats. Nominations received on the date of racing will not be accepted. Nomination fees will only carry over to the next meeting provided there is 24 hours notice received for non attendance and for reasonable circumstances
All racing divisons must be able to field a minimum of 6 (six) competitors for that divison to be eligibile to be programmed into the event. The eligibility to compete will be determained at C.O.B. on the Friday one week prior to the event date. If insufficient nominations have been received from any racing division, the division's section representative will be advised on the Monday prior to the event that their division has not been included in the program.
Policy on Fire Extinguishers
As advised to all members per email, DSRDA has implemented the NASR policy regarding a requirement for all competing Speedway teams to carry an appropriate fire extinguisher. Updates as to requirements can be located on the NASR WEBSITE.
